The Power of a Titan
Power to Propel: Our property boasts the ability to expand our current electrical service of 8 megawatts by 16 Megawatts. This will give the facility a possible total of 24MW. Imagine the possibilities! You’ll have the energy capacity to fuel your growth and innovation. The load study is complete, and utility improvements are underway. The additional capacity is expected to be completed near the end of 2024.
Negotiate Your Energy Contracts: Say goodbye to limitations. The expanded 16MW can seamlessly integrate into our existing substation. This means you can negotiate your own energy contracts and have a brand-new meter. Take control of your power costs!
Proven Performance: Our existing service has been operating around 8MW, and we’ve managed to keep the power cost at an impressive 4.6 cents on average between July 2023 and February 2024.

Titan Park is the perfect launching point for emerging industries such as 3D Printed Steel.
3D printed steel is a process in which steel parts are produced layer by layer using a 3D printer. Unlike traditional manufacturing methods such as casting or machining, which involve subtractive processes (removing material from a solid block), 3D printing builds up components by adding material in a controlled manner. It has many benefits over traditional processes such as design freedom, material efficiency, prototyping, shortened lead times and on-demand production.
In fact new technology is making waves in the Steel City as Pennsylvania is making a comeback in the steel market that it once dominated. The emerging market was recently reported in an article by Forbes.
